Bob Hale is a Usability Specialist at Resource Interactive where he has conducted hundreds of lab studies, remote studies, field studies, and online surveys for Victoria's Secret, Hewlett Packard, Restoration Hardware and Ford, among others. Bob also created and teaches a graduate level usability course at The Ohio State University. Before joining Resource in 2000, Bob was a human factors engineer at Battelle.
